Manifatture 7 Bell S.p.A. Warrants And Protects Your Privacy

Under the clause 13 of the D.Lgs. 196/2003 regarding the protection of personal data, Manifatture 7 Bell S.p.A. (“Manifatture 7 Bell”) – a company organized and existing under Italian law, having its registered office at No. 41/43 of Via Maestri del Lavoro, Campi Bisenzio (FI) –, as the owner of the website presidents7bell.com (“Website”), hereafter reports terms and conditions relating to the protection and processing of Users’ personal data (“Personal Data”).

1. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

Personal Data means both data relating to Internet browsing thought the Website and/or data that Users decide to share via e-mail and/or by filling out specific forms in the Website.

Website surfing and cookies:
Cookies are strings of code, which are used by websites to record automatically some Users’ data in order to make netsurfing of the Website easier and facilitate registered Users’ recognition (e.g. name of the access provider, source, visited pages, date and last of visits etc.). It remains understood that data obtained by cookies are registered as anonymous and can be used only to allow the best Website browsing. Manifatture 7 Bell collects Users’ Personal Data in order to supervise, further and improve constantly its own service.

2.1 As owner of the Website, Manifatture 7 Bell, directly or through people in charge indicated in the Website, processes and saves Personal Data into the server (…). Personal Data collected in the databse of Manifatture 7 Bell are accessible only by qualified people, who guarantee protection and confidentiality. 2.2 Personal Data are collected and processed by Manifatture 7 Bell for the following purposes:

Personal Data can be transferred for the purposes above-written (see clause 2.2.) also outside of European Union.

4. RIGHTS OF USERS

It remains understood that each User may exercise – at any time and addressing a written request to Manifatture 7 Bell, No. 41/43 of Via Maestri del Lavoro, Campi Bisenzio (FI) – all his/her rights appointed in article No. 7, D.Lgs. 196/2003 (e.g. information about purposes and modality of processing, updating, integration or deletion of Personal Data collected by Manifatture 7 Bell).

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Italian law governs this Policy. The courts of Florence (Italy) shall have the exclusive jurisdiction in case of litigation referring to the enforcement, interpretation or violation of this Policy.
